At POSTA, we design our products to help you build faster, straighter and safer. Every POSTA tool is engineered for durability, and your product is protected by a two-year limited warranty covering genuine manufacturing faults.
If you believe your POSTA product has a manufacturing issue, please contact our team to lodge a warranty claim. This warranty is provided in addition to rights under applicable consumer laws in your country.
What Our Warranty Covers
POSTA products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies to:
Structural or mechanical manufacturing defects
Faults in the tripod, actuator, gimbal assembly or welds
Bolt defects or failures that occur under normal use (not caused by excess force or misuse)
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, POSTA will repair or replace components or your product.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Improper Storage
POSTA products must be stored indoors when not in use.
Rust or corrosion caused by exposure to rain, moisture, or outdoor storage is not covered.
Lack of Maintenance
To ensure long life, customers must:
Regularly grease and lubricate key movement points
Keep bolts and surfaces free from rust build-up
Inspect and maintain the product before and after use
Avoid build up of cement or concrete on moving parts that may inhibit free movement of parts.
Damage caused by neglected maintenance is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Overloading
POSTA tools must not exceed 150kg load capacity.
Any damage caused by overloading or applying forces beyond intended operation is not covered.
Bolt Misuse
Bolts are warranted for 2 years as long as they are not forced into place or tightened using excess mechanical force (e.g., impact tools, incorrect tools, over-torquing).
Stripped threads, bent bolts, or damage caused by improper installation are excluded.
Damage to bolt threads or mating threads on the POSTA body or gimbal joint from forcing bolts with cement, concrete or dirt build-up into holes is considered bolt misuse.
Use Outside Intended Purpose
The POSTA system is designed for:
Fence posts
Decking posts
Retaining wall posts
General construction posts
It is not warranted if used in any way outside its intended design or engineering purpose.
Other Exclusions:
Cosmetic marks, scratches, or wear from normal use
Products purchased second-hand
Claims made without proof of purchase
General wear and tear that does not affect function
How to Make a Claim
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:
Your proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Photos or video of the issue
A description of how the product has been used, stored, and maintained
POSTA does not cover shipping or customs fees for products being returned from outside the region of purchase.
Important Notes
Warranty decisions may vary based on location, product availability, and assessment requirements.
Failure to follow POSTA’s storage, maintenance, and weight guidelines may void your warranty.
How to Create a Warranty Claim
How do I submit a warranty claim?

Have You Changed Your Address?
Once submitted, you will receive an email requesting additional evidence. Please reply to this email with clear photos or videos of the item. Once the evidence is submitted, our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
Do I need my original receipt or order number?
Yes. Proof of purchase is required to verify your warranty eligibility. If you’re unable to find your order number, reach out to our team with the name and email used at checkout and we’ll help locate it.
What happens after I submit a claim?
After we review your claim:
If approved, we’ll ship a replacement or provide repair instructions.
If additional information is needed, we’ll reach out via email.
Do I need to return the defective item?
In some cases, yes. We’ll let you know if a return is required and provide a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
My item was a gift. Can I still file a claim?
Yes! Just provide the name or email of the person who gifted it to you.
Returns
At PostaTool, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This is a voluntary policy and does not affect statutory rights. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. A 15% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation, after which you may send the item back to our warehouse.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we strive to dispatch it as quickly as possible. Due to this, we cannot guarantee cancellations before shipping. If the order has already been sent out, we are unable to stop or redirect it.
If you would like to return an item due to a change of mind, please contact us at bob@postatool.com to arrange a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and provide a solution.
Refund Process
Once we receive and review your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
